It is now official the new Sidekick we have all been hearing rumors of is here, and its called the T-Mobile Sidekick LX 2009.  If you are an existing T-Mobile customer you can preorder yours now for $199 with a 2 year contract. For everyone else you will have to wait until the release date May 13. In the mean time here are the new phones specs and some pictures.

Well, the FCC has just posted some more documents for what seems to be the new T-Mobile Sidekick 2009. With these documents we have some pictures and diagrams which layout the assembly of the new phone as well as some hardware info.

Here are thee specs so far:

They have released an app that allows the T-Mobile Sidekick LX, T-Mobile Sidekick Slide, and T-Mobile Sidekick 2008  to upload  photos & videos directly to your album, share your photos & videos with everyone you know, browse the billions of fun photos on Photobucket and more! The new application will cost $1.99 to download, and will cost $1.99/month thereafter.

OK, so the rumors of a new T-Mobile Sidekick are true, but there is still no official details. The names being tossed around for the new phone include T-Mobile Sidekick Blade and T-Mobile Sidekick 2009. Anyways here is a picture of what is to come. Stay tuned for official details soon.
